First-Hand Education Through Communication
There are a lot of people in the world who are interested in learning about social justice and anti-slavery. The best way to learn about human rights violations are from the people they happen to, unless you're David Beckham, you most likely can't afford to go see it first hand. This is why my co-founder and I have decided to create Emancip-Action. It is a website that allows the interaction between people who are passionate about slavery (or maybe those who would just like to know more) and individuals who have been emancipated from the Slave trade- those who decided to dedicate their time in educating others on the horrors of which they faced.
